Restaurants
Several restaurants on the beach near Holiday Palace Hotel side.  Browns, and Chney Molop Chrey Seafood are right on the beach. Sakal Bungalows, across the road from the beach, and Bungalow Village also have food and drink.

Hotels
Many places to stay near the beach.  Besides on "The Hill", a 2 minute walk from the beach, filled with guesthouses, restaurants and services, there is Sakal Bungalows, Kamsab Hotel, Bungalow Village, Holiday Beach and Holiday Palace on or near Victory Beach.   Sun Tours leaves from Victory Pier, and has overnight trips to the islands as well.

Other Thing to do on Victory Beach
 The Holiday Palace Casino, is just across the street. Sakal Bungalows offers all tourist related services and has a swimming pool.  And look for a Russian airplane sticking out of a building on the beach.  The Airport is SihanoukVille's premier beach bar by day, and a disco after 9pm.

Getting Here
 From "The Hill", walk to the first road towards Blue Frog, on the right, turn downhill, and walk one more minute downhill.

From town, go towards the port, and turn left at the road right before Victory Hill or continue to the end and turn left at the beach.
