Cheap Eats
 a variety of Khmer (Cambodian), Chines food here on the hill or "Backpacker Hill" or "Victory Hill" or "Weather Station Hill" as you might hear it called.   Now, we're calling it Chinatown on The Hill.

Good Eats
 The traditional South-East Asian foods are very good here, but if you want something different (or the same), at least 1 foreigner from around the world run restaurants here. . There's also Indonesian, Nepalese, and others.   Also, 2 or 3 or about 120+ Chinese restaurants around here.

Late night Eats
 Everywhere here.  Chinese restaurants open all night.  Maybe 30 or more.

Plenty of late night bars here also.  Not a single Western oriented place, and maybe no Khmer places left either here.
