Oocha is the first place on "Near O", Otres beach.

It has one of the best vantage points to relax and watch the sunset on the bench seats or at one of the other slightly eccentric seating areas.

Just metres from the water is a a 3 foot skateboard mini-ramp that is used daily for an afternoon skateboarding session.

Inside the shack there's a full sized pool table with no obstructions (the only one on Otres.)

There's a a tree inside the bar that has bird nest light shades and even a human sized bird nest up in the tree for those who might want to hide away.

Inside the bar ta 5 foot tank of Nox (happy gas)....., ask them for a balloon if you want an extra giggle.

Drink prices are very reasonable for backpackers. The food is a mix of East and West cooked by Chef Chow who has 7 years experience in the kitchen.

In the beautiful garden out the back there's well designed bungalows that have lounge rooms and also a private balcony that overlooks the sunset year round. The passion fruit canopy walkway looks great and also tastes great in one of their cocktails.

Oocha prides itself on not playing the typical music you hear all over south-east Asia.
Oocha is open 7 days/nights a week, but, they openly admit to a little bit of laziness on Sundays.
